Team and Experience

Experience: 24 years at major space companies in the field of space mechanisms for commercial and institutional missions for ESA and NASA, involved in major development projects such as the Electric Propulsion Pointing Mechanism for Spacebus Neo, Electric Propulsion Pointing Mechanism for Bepi Colombo, Deployable Mast and Motorized Gimbal for the Exomars Rover, Refocusing Mechanism for Meteosat 3rd Generation, Filter and Grating Wheel Mechanisms for James Webb Space Telescope, Motorized Cover Mechanism for the Sentinel 4 Instrument on MTG spacecraft, permanent Magnet stepper motor ‘Nemo’, planetary gear and Nemo based actuator SA15, the Hybrid stepper motor and Hybrid stepper based actuator LA15.

Currently, nengineering is involved in projects for the NASA/ESA Gateway Space Station and the Mars Sample Return mission, as well as in ESA science projects.
